We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Puti Boutique LLC. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
The following items are not eligible for return: sale items, altered items, items showing signs of wear, and items damaged by the customer.
Email Sales@putiboutique.com with your order details, the item(s) you wish to return, and your reason for returning.
Our team will respond within 24 hours with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return shipping instructions.
Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging and include your RAN. Ship to our address at 1903 Putiney Street, Oakhurst, NJ 07755.
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. To arrange an exchange, please follow the same process as a return and specify which item you would like in exchange.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at Sales@putiboutique.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement at no additional cost.
